...and once the mexican stood up, the whole room fell silent. The only way anybody was getting out of here alive was by faking their own death in front of hundreds of people. Never before had anyone been so proud of thier own humility but how the hell was anyone supposed to know? The only expression on his face was frozen in cement, never to have been gazed upon by human eyes for it was the look of entrapment. Hundreds of people, thousands of lives flashing before twice as many eyes but only one man knew... not a god damned thing was about to happen.

For underlining use , for example:

To italicise text use , eg.
