yesterday, I got really angry. I was trying to keep it all down, and I started shaking, and my eye started twitching i think, and I would have wiped out the entire school were it not for the fact that I was surpressing my rage.

I like the carnival sideshow idea. Is there a way that we can charge tickets and have people win prizes based on the degree of purple or black to which they can make him morph. Baby needs a stuffed Tweety Bird.

I used to do the same thing. But later I got statisfaction only by destroying something. :/

I went from pillows, to lego sets, to my keyboard, to throwing things into my wall, to punching the wall, to kicking a size 12 shoe hole into my wall.

i don't really get angry all that much, but when i do, i cry. i am also extremely mean when i'm pissed off, and tend to say things i regret, so i try to avoid people when i'm irritated, because i don't like to make other people too sad.

Women cry involuntarily when they get mad. Its because of a chemical in our tears called prolactin. Women cry at a stress level of 2, men usually only cry at a stress level of 8.

I hate it when I get so angry I cry. Its embarrasing to lose my composure that way.

When I get mad I become quiet and won't talk to anyone until it blows off.

My reaction depends on this situation, but it usually involves a horrific plot for revenge or, when I'm driving, an insanely long series of expletives.
