isnt everyne else getting a little tired of the exstreame level of ads on newgrounds now. it seems to me that i was able to play a game on newgrounds and leave the other newgrounds screens up without popups coming up. maybe its just me

Normally I'd flame you, but yeah, you're actually right. Newgrounds is ridiculous now and I will never go there again. Any site that uses spyware and other various things that just install themselves on my computer doesn't deserve visitors.

While I appreciate people coming over here and sticking with I-Mockery, I don't see how you can say stuff like "After I found I-Mockery, I stopped going to Newgrounds" cuz our sites really aren't much alike at all. I mean, sure I have a few flash movies and games on here, but otherwise, our sites are completely different. Newgrounds is a huge, user-driven flash site. Their server bills each month are probably more than most of us make in a year. I've talked to Tom about the excessive ads and he says they've bumped the ads up a bit lately to pay for a lot more server equipment. Once they have all the equipment, they're going to try to get rid of "a lot" of those ads. So the site should improve.

I agree, there are a million idiots on that site, but the site itself is great. It's cool for showcasing your work, and I have met some cool people to work on my flash projects with it as well... and of course, I've known Tom for a while and he's always been cool. Anyway, yeah, right now surfing Newgrounds is damn near intollerable due to all the pop-ups. But it shouldn't be staying like that for much longer...

I found this site when somebody had a pic from your Minimocks. I right clicked and saw the addy. then i went and read the sulrpee theivery gag and made my own chapstick gun. but then my mom took it away couse i hit the table and left a scratch. Then i said this site owns and then started going here.

I find a lot of great sites from newgrounds. I-mockery, for example is one of them.

I don't know what the fuck you guys are talking about. I surf through newgrounds all the time and I don't have any trouble at all with the adds. Sure, there are a lot, but nothing that would keep me from going there.

Sure, the audience on newgrounds is mostly full of children no older then 12. But there are a lot of cool people there.
