I lost 15 pounds in one week by catching the stomach flu and throwing up a lot.

So catch the stomach flu, undergo one week of torture and puking, and then you won't be fat anymore.

Cut about a half inch into you stomach fat than syphon it out. I lost 12 pounds and my gallbladder doing that.

I just got back from walking/sprinting a mile 2/10ths. I jogged a mile 2/10ths on monday. 1 2/10ths is a wierd number but that is how big my neighborhood around is. Yeah, no doubt. Here's what you do. You don't brush your teeth until your wisdom teeth start coming in, then you go to the dentist and have your 7-10 cavities filled while your wisdom teeth are hurting like a motherfucker. You won't want to eat very much for a while :P+

i hate running in front of people too! i went out around the block last saturday and i was running by the driveway to the cvs, some kid leaned out of his parent's car window and yelled "JOGGERS SUCK!!"



i was all sad because it was my first time running in about 10 years. he could have been a little more supportive.
