LOS ANGELES - Atari wants to take you back in time, and to get there, you can ride a "Centipede" or an "Asteroid," or bounce back and forth between the pixilated paddles of "Pong."

Because these games are still fun, and haven't been re-released countless times.

Atari didn't make that.

But, sure, okay. They also release games from companies that are good.

They produced them. It doesn't mean they MADE them.

Producing and making are entirely different.

I think you're all overlooking an important detail, and that is that mubert thinks that Enter the Matrix is a game that helps Atari's image.

I thought it was fun. Just poorly acted, and a game that was based off of a shitty movie.

Producing means all the financial crap, developing/making is the actual game design.

I think..

Nintendo's jumped on this bandwagon, too, with their slew of NES games ported to SNES. I'm sorry, a classic is a classic, but some games are too primitive to be fun anymore.

Give me Samba de Amigo anyday over pong.

what about that transformers game, did they even make that piece of shit?

how bout providing more funds to the developers so atari's name can finally be associated with something of quality for the first time in 20 years

will the same thing that happened to acclaim, happen to atari too?
