Although I can't say that I'm suprised.

The New England Patriot's quarterback, Tom Brady, was in the first lady's box that night. Perhaps that threatened Dubya's masculinity.

In the future can you please use the phrase 'making love' instead of the highly offensive description of a football play being 'in the first lady's box'?

Maybe Bush realizes that the environment doesn't need a mention.

Allow me to rephrase something Max said a while back:
Even if you do not think that preserving the environment is important from an ecological standpoint, if you can't see the cultural, aesthetic, scientific, and economic value of keeping it intact, then you are an idiot.

There is nothing ascetic in depriving third world countries the opportunity to use their natural resources.

And my point remains the same. From all points of view, the environment is in decent shape as far as cost-benefit analysis.

We weren't talking about the Third World here, you twit. We were talking about the United States.

And it's aesthetic, not ascetic.

Yeah. I'll tell it to that when I believe the primary cause of it was pollution.

Well, at least we're going to tackle the issue of steroid use in pro sports. That's got to count for something.

And OAO. Cost benefit analysis has a good deal to say about what you kidneys would fetch on the open market.

I believe in the right to sell your own organs.

Hell, I support the rights of cannibals so long as everyone is willing in the feast.

Scientists have suggested that the ozone has continually opened and closed throughout history, much like some speculations on global warming.

You want something to be concerned about? Read up on global dimming. Now THAT'S scary...

Oh, One...

Let me show you something:

Scientists have suggested that earthquakes are caused by the menstrual gyrations of giant subterranean worms.

You see? I said that scientists suggest it, but at the same time, I provided no actual evidence to support that statement. Now, I can't prove that there are no scientists in the world that believe this theory, but still, some evidence would be nice.

Scientists have suggested that global dimming is caused by an excess of hot air exuded by naive teenagers that think they understand the world well enough to argue against adults who have actually experienced the real world.

See? I did it again!

I wan't talking about you selling your organs. I'm talking about I-mock selling your organs, maybe to fund the zombie movie. Then we could use your corpse for special effects and really maximize profits. The cost to us is minimal, the benefit to us and society quite large. I can't see a single argument against it. We'll just excercise our right to 'elliminate' you and cash on your nice fresh organs.
