After I watch a TRUTH commercial I want a cigarette.

And the RedBull commercial where a bird shits on a guys jacket, the guy wipes off the crap and drinks a RedBull which gives him wings, and he flies up above the bird and starts to undo his belt buckle, next thing you see is the bird shrieking.

I liked the ad for PS2 Contra where the kid throws his shoe at the orc extra from LotR, and the last scene is him screaming and spraying the orc with a hose.

I always liked the Snapple commercials with Snapple bottles acting like people. My favorite is the one where the Snapple bottles are in a lowrider car, and one gets thrown out onto the pavement while the car is bouncing up and down. It's so stupid, but at the same time, humorous.
