I've seen the DVD set at Best Buy for $22, and I'm tempted. The only thing is, I've never seen it. I never caught it when it was on TV and I really want some opinions. How funny is it? I've read some synopses of episodes and it definitely SOUNDS funny. But I'm a HUGE fan of the cartoon and I don't want to be disappointed.

I saw a few episodes. I can't say I enjoyed them too much. No where near as good as the cartoon

Yeah, the show kinda sucked and was nothing close to the cartoon series. I'd wait.

I enjoyed them about as much as the cartoon. but I was never a big fan of the cartoon.

I thought the show was pretty decent, and definitely stayed true to the Tick comic. It's too bad they didn't give it more time to grow.

I bought it, and I've only watched the first 3 episodes (including one that wasn't aired) and I'm delighted with it.

I went ahead and bought it tonight, and coincidentally, I have also only seen the first three episodes. I thought it was fucking hilarious. I can't wait to sit and watch the rest.

I haven't seen any episodes (will be receiving the set pretty soon, though), but I can't imagine anyone fitting the role better than Warburton.
