Anybody read Rolling Stone?

my parents do, and i was flipping through it and found this little packet / pamphlet, it was called "Men of Metal." it was an excerpt from a full length book about real-life humanoid robots. in the excerpt it has the author talking to a couple eyewitnesses, doing research on robotics, Mini coopers (if you have it and read it, it'll seem more relevant), and the like. it's kinda interesting but at the same time a little strange, because it's just like something you'd see in a horror movie (like 'the ring' - curious person who does research and one thing leads to another, strange sightings, happenings, people having 'no comment,' etc.)

just wondering if anyone has it and if you havent read it yet do so.
