I have a massive toe infection that just wont go away, it's growing over it . The cream the docter gave me doesnt help either, they actually combine forces and grow into a super infection.

I'm sorry to hear it. I had Legionarre's disease once, which has certain pneumonia like symptoms, except with most cases of pneumonia you generally don't throw up like Linda Blair in The Exorcist.

Isn't Legionarre's disease also sometimes fatal? Or maybe that's just with old people.

Sometimes it can be. If my dad hadn't taken me to the hospital, I think there was a pretty good chance I might have died from the low electrolyte content in my blood.
It was first seen in elderly people who attended an American Legion convention at a hotel. It could have just as easily been called "Shriner's Disease" or "Bull Moose Disease" or something.

I'm trying to fathom which is worse ... that or contact with "Ricin" ... Linda Blair from the other end 8-)
