I am currently having some of the WORST mentrual cramps of my life. Oh GOD IT HURTS! MAKE IT STOP! MAKE IT STOP!
THE ASPRIN ISN'T WORKING!! AAAAAH! SOMEBODY HELP ME!

I want a hysterectomy! NOW!

AGH THE ETERNAL CURSE OF EVE!!!! WHY MUST I BEAR HER BURDEN?!?!?! WHY?! WHY MUST I LIE PROSTRATE ABOVE A CRIMSON TIDE?!?!?!

SOMEBODY MAKE THE PAIN STOP!!!!!

Motrin works better on cramps than asprin.

I get it bad too. Here's some remedies I've tried and tested

1. Get drunk (works until tomorrow)
2. Hotwater bottle (soothes)
3. Punch myself in ovaries ( after initial pain wears off, feels great!)
4. Walk up steep hill (only works if you live near steep hill and I used to and often met other women on hill with same problem)
5. Become a man (OK so I've not tested this one maybe one day)

I almost forgot :
6. Eat lots of chocolate, become depressed and cry. Then when some bloke tries to comfort you, smack him in the gob. (not quite a cure but common stress relief)

Have someone sit on your stomach. The pressure helps. Or if they are too heavy and you don't want to be crushed, you can put a pillow on your back and have them sit on you that way while leaning their back up against something to take some of the weight away.

Perhaps you should get on the pill. It lightens your period and makes cramps less painful b/c of it. If they are that bad, it might be a good solution.

I've also found some exercise does help ironically. You have to get through a minute of pain or so to get going but once you do, it helps.

Hey, at least I don't have any infections or STDs. Thats one thing I'm glad for, I guess.

Thanks for all the useful tips guys. Fortunately the cramps aren't bugging me anymore. They seem to only hit when I first get my period.
