Just saw this news blurb headline on AOL "New Biography Shocks Family - It Says Cartoonist Had A Dark Side - What's The Truth About Charles Schultz?"
I haven't read this web tabloid crap yet ("webloid"?) but it did captivate my imagination. Especially since the photo accompanying it makes him look like a four-eyed Senator Palpatine.
Could it be that he came up with Linus as a way to deal with his urges to make public the fact that he used a blanket to smother the screams of his victims?
That Lucy is a flimsy alias for LUCIFER, who taunted him with promises of power, sex and money only to suddenly TAKE THEM AWAY LIKE A FOOTBALL?
That Snoopy is a dog that talks telepathically (indicated by thought balloons) to other characters, inspired by the fact that dogs in his neighborhood told Schultz to kill, JUST LIKE THE "Son Of Sam"?!?
And certainly it is obvious to all that the "red haired girl" that Charlie Brown had a crush on was no Peppermint Patty, NAY! BUT THE SCARLET WOMAN foretold in the Book of Revelation!!!!!
All right enough, i'll go read AOL's stupid "news". He probably just liked his juice and gin.
