I love the 4 player Simpsons/TMNT games. Those were a blast, so long as you had all 4 players.

Time Crisis 2 and The House of the Dead games were also great.

There was also this game that I can't remember the name of, but you had a light gun, and when you ducked, your character ducked as well...it was fun as hell, but I always felt retarded playing it where people could see me.
