i'd like to say that Silent Hill 2 had some great music, especially the beginnig theme (dubbed Laura's theme for some damn reason) and the music that cues up when u learn Jame's horrible secret.

Michale Jackson's Moonwalker

Anyone who says his music wasn't good before he started raping boys is a damn fool, and this genesis version rocked.

Guys don't call me a dork, you all know I'm the coolest thing since James Spader in Endless Love

Okay, you just opened the can of worms.

Best, All-Round Music: Super Metroid. Don't even try to argue with me.

Good Individual Songs (with names where applicable):

- FF7, Still More Fighting (boss music)
- FF7, Highwind
- Mega Man 3, Snake Man's Stage
- Mega Man X, Storm Eagle's Stage
- Medievil, Graveyard
- Medevil, Boss
- Kingdom Hearts, Traverse Town
- Gradius, Space
- Super Punch-Out!, Minor Circuit
- FFX, Seymour's Theme
- FFX, Enemy Attack (boss music)
- Chrono Trigger, World Revolutions 2 (Lavos Core)

I may come up with more later.

For original music:

I love the original Metroid's Brinstar theme.
I also like The music for Woodman's stage in Mega Man 2

For music from other places:

Vice City. Especially Judas Priest's "You've Got Another Thing Coming"

Mr. Saturn theme from Earthbound.

http://starmen.net/mother2/midi/xkysaturn.mid <--- A very faithful MIDI reproduction of it.
