Not scary but it definitely had my guts bubblin' when I first encountered the human reaper larva in Mass Effect 2. Too bad it wasn't that hard to kill but god damn was that thing amazing:

Yeah, that thing was awesome. I also loved seeing my squadmates get liquefied.
