I just started drinking green tea 3 times daily. i was told the health benefits of it. something along the line of lower blood pressure, clearer and smoother skin, stronger immune system and helps prevent cavities and tooth decays.

i'll stop drinking green tea if i ever get sick this winter only because it tastes like shit. :/

I started drinking it for the caffeine a few days ago. I don't like coffee. The health benefits are a friendly side affect.

White tea's good, though I haven't tried it in awhile. I'm right now into this stuff that's a mix of white and green tea.

Yes. For a week, now, I've been able to jump tall buildings, fly faster than a speeding bullet, have more strength than a locomotive, see through solid objects, and shoot lasers out of my eyes.

Seriously, though, yes.
