It only bothers me if it is a direct rip off, like Chris Rock taking Bill Hicks' joke about how when you become president, they sit you in a room and show you the kennedy assassination from an angle you've never seen before.

I like Dane Cook. I First saw him on the canadian Stand Up show Just For Laughs and he did his bit on the Speak and Spell and other Games. I thought that It was Hilarious. But Yeah, hes pretty Vulgar. I want to get a Emo Philips stand Up routine, that guy is AWESOME.
