Having Problem Loading NeoGeo w/ MAME

Every single NeoGeo based game I load in to MAME doesn't function. Has anyone else had this problem? POINTERS?

Samurai Shodown, Fatal Fury, Metal Slug, etc. NOTHING!

It must be your gigantic balls. The tremendous bioeletric field they generate must be disrupting MAME.

Nevermind... I figured it out. You have to load the NeoGeo bios to the ROM folder.
