Declawing is a lot more cruel than that. I watched a bit of "Animal Planet" one day in which a veteranarian discussed the process, ect. It's basically analagous to a human cutting off the first joint of their fingers. Not good. Plus they can't kick the asses of other cats around the 'hood. I really think you should reconsider getting anything that hasn't been broken in, especially an animal.

All they do is eat, sleep, and shit - like babies. While they may be cute and Awww-worthy in the beginning, they'll soon make you cry with frustration - like babies. Puppies/kitties are like babies. Are you ready for fatherhood?
