It's a mole, not a wart. There is no dirt under her fingernails. If it doesn't look like a woman's hand it's because that picture is very zoomed in. That's a size 3 1/2 ring on her child-size hand.

If you ever thought you saw a blown-up picture of someone who did, I assure you, it's been edited. Digital is especially cruel to skin texture.
