theres lots of gunk on them that brushing will simply not get off

will boiling dammage the teeth at all

Yeah, hot water would kill the bacteria but not actually get shit off of them. You'll need some chemical.

Oh. Well, if you don't have access to a flesh eating bug room like the one at the Smithsonian, either bleaching or boiling will do the trick. Then wrap them in acid free paper and and place them in a new tupperware.
