Not so much my wrists as the underside of my forearm and, oddly enough, only on my right arm.

i think you can only get carpal tunnel in your hands/wrists, so you're safe as far as i know

i've been doing tons of layout in pagemaker lately, and last night i had to wrap my right wrist and forearm in an ace bandage 'cause it hurt to click and drag.

Perhaps you should use your other arm to jack off and use the mouse for a while. I suggest stretching the muscles in it first, and resting it between use to prevent this from happening again.

I suggest sleeping on that arm. In that way not only will you numb the pain you get the added benefit that it feels like a stranger is jerking you off.
