I don't think you get how great this is. Now a large majority of us will be able to use that mountain of giftcards sent to us over the years by hopelessly out-of-touch relatives who think we read books on our own time. This is freaking awesome. :>

Yeah, but were you able to use the giftcards for B&N at Gamestop?

This would all be great of course if it weren't for these little items here:

1. Right next door to our Barnes and Noble, we have a Best Buy. Across the street from it, there's a Circuit City and a Toys'R'Us.

2. Barnes and Noble is the most hideously overpriced chain in this city. This includes the Sam Goody chain in the Mall. Sorry, but if B&N is charging $28 for a CD I can walk two minutes away for and get $15 cheaper, I'd assume the same holds true for their video gamage.

3. Barnes and Noble just plain sucks. Unless you're actually going in to buy books.

No, but relatively speaking, I live close to it. It's about 2 hours away.

Houston is 3 hours in the other direction.

A great many people who head this way do so not sober.

And they usually end up even more not sober once they reach New Orleans.
