Yes, I know I already created a topic about Shaun of the Dead, and I know it was ruined by the typicals.
This is the viewed version of the thread, redux.

I come home tonight with a renewed sense of hope in the Horror Comedy genre of movies. Shaun of the Dead managed to drop jokes, spoofs, and comedy, with perfect british timing, into every scene possible. May it be a relaxing on the couch, being depressed about the zombies and the end of the world, or while someone is torn to shreds.
If you look, you will find something to laugh at every time. I'm a bit of a fan of good British humor, mainly Red Dwarf. So I was a bit worried on how this movie would turn out. I was amazed at how good it was.

I might not wait for the U.S. release of this DVD, and just straight up, order it online, and pay in pounds... or Euros, or whatever screwed up money system they use at this time.

The term "good british humor" itself is an oxymoron.

You have a good point. I for one would much rather spend an evening watching classics like 'will and grace' and 'friends' than some crapppy un-original comedy like 'the office' or 'the league of gentlemen'.

</sarcasm>

btw the best oxymoron is 'Microsoft Works'

I thought the movie was pretty bad ass before the zombies. My mind exploded with awesomness after the vast zombie awesomness

I loved the movie...and I actually had a couple people already tell me that Shawn reminded them of a cross between me and Rowan Atkinson...so that's kind of weird that I was also compared to the guy in this thread.

I saw it and it was great. I liked how the music fit with the zombie bashing of it all. They were like 12 other people in the theater uncluding myself and a friend, surprised no one is seeing this.

Darko, for the fucking love of the movie, switch to your avatar to Johnny the Homicidal Maniac, or to Donnie Darko.
You already ruined those, WHY RUIN ANOTHER MOVIE?

Shit boy, I don't want to imagine your dumbass posts everytime I see Shaun of the Dead.
