I'm looking for the name of a game I used to play where you make a country and start out with two random resources, and you can set up trade agreements with other players nations to make products and perks and such. And you can upgrade your country's infrastucture and tech and military, etc.

and you can buy air strikes and nukes and stuff. and if you have the right resources/trades you get bonuses, like wheat+cows+pigs= fast food
