Looking for AMerican Laser titles

HEllo,
I have been looking for a title by American Laser Games not Mad Dog. I am looking for Shootout at Old Tucson. Another company owns the rights and refuses to release it. I know the game was released for Arcade and I heard rumors of a 3DO release. Dose anyone know what system(s) it maybe on and perhaps should I get a rom of it. If I buy and arcade disk will that keep me legal if I get a Rom? I currently have the Digital DVD pS2 release of Mad Dog 1,2 which is subpar even for thses games. Ihave checked on Ebay and nothing.
