Review: I picked this album up used at an old record store a long time ago for 2 measly bux, and boy how did I get my money's worth. For fans of The Ren & Stimpy Show, this album is an absolute must have. It features pretty much every recognizable song from the series you could possibly hope for, along with plenty o' extras.

Call me crazy, but there's just something extremely pleasing about having my playlist shuffling to random songs, only to have the "Log Theme" come on in between some super-serious songs. They even have a commercial for the all new, "International Log" which is worth the cost of the album alone if you ask me.

And let's not forget additional fantastic entries such as, "Muddy Mudskipper Theme", "Space Madness", "Don't Whiz On The Electric Fence" and the heartwarming, Canadian pride-filled , "Kilted Yaksmen Anthem".

"Our country reeks of trees.
Our yaks are really large.
And they smell like rotting beef carcasses...
And we have to clean-up after them.
And our saddles sores are the best.
We proudly wear women's clothing.
And searing sand blows up our skirts."
Poetry... sheer poetry.

It was a classic show on Nickelodeon that will forever be missed, and much of that is due to the fantastically hilarious songs and jingles that were associated with it. Find this album and listen to it repeatedly until you can't help yourself from singing, "Happy Happy, Joy Joy!" over and over again no matter where you are. Do it or I'll teach your grandmother to suck eggs! Now if you don't mind, I've got to get back to my beloved ice cream bar. Yes sir, I like it.

I don't care what vision John Kricfalusi had, the original Nickelodeon version of the characters is much better than his aborted Spike TV Adult Party.

I was so excited when I heard it was coming back, then I too saw it and it was heartbreakingly bad. No sir, I didn't like it.

Musical Albums? Nope, don't have any use for 'em. You wouldn't happen to have any rubber walrus-protectors, would ya?

Happy Happy Joy Joy is a friggin´ classic. That alone is really worth the money. Does this album have the "Hanging Song" (when the moronic sheriffs hang everybody in town just for the sake of it)? Because that one was just hilarious

I played this for my four-year old recently, and we both giggled throughout. I nfact, I got more laughs out of that one listen than I did in the 3 episodes of the new R&S from a few years ago.

I saw an ad for a show called The Mighty B on Nickelodeon that starts later this month. The characters look decidedly John K-ish. Anyone know if this is a new project of his?

Ren & Stimpy...still one of the best cartoons EVER. "I told you I'd shoot! But you didn't believe me! Why didn't you believe me?!"

Oh, whoareyou, the Xmas CD was called, "Ren & Stimpy's Crock O' Christmas!" I still dig out my copy every December.

I gotta know!

Does this album have the "Climb Inside My World" song from the Jerry the Bellybutton Elf episode?
