I actually thought for a second that the things in the ogres' mouthes where nut crackers, which would have been a nice touch of irony. I know that comic's old news but I haven't read this thread since before then so fuck you

I'm not surprised, I'm a huge Far Side fan, and this cartoon was inspired by the one where the cavemen are feasting on a mammoth. (One is telling the other not to eat the parsley, because it's just garnish.) I've got the complete collection, so I'll have to browse through and see if I can find it. The only dragon cartoon I can remember him doing is the "minty fresh" one. |
