While I enjoyed The Dark Knight when I first watched it, between then and the time this movie rolled around I found myself completely hating Nolan's Batman universe. Batman can be realistic, but Nolan too it too far. You could watch these movies with any other characters besides Batman ones and it'd still be the same movies.

I hope the next Batman series can keep the superhero and real world aspects evened out. Marvel seems to be doing a pretty decent job of that with their movies.
