No he did not. I saw no hand shaking by anyone, actually. But I can understand the annoying way Slovakia was drawing out the extra time near the end; that was dumb.
Some Slovakian guys had their shirts off to swap with the Italians, and the Italians obviously didn't want to part with their superior team shirt for a shitty Slovakian one
