I like how the approach of letting someone ramble on and on until they realize what they're saying typically turns out the best. I use this when people call into Comcast and eventually they mention the exact reason why their service isn't working or why they have a $600 bill.
OH THOSE PORN MOVIES COST THAT MUCH? EACH TIME??
