A little off-topic, but it's nice to know that I'm not the only one that has expeirinced the Hell that is Phone Tech Support- I work for an ISP as Tier 1... About ready for a change of occupation...

I love that synopsis.. Esecially the "Can i crash at youre place, work- spiel" hahaha I gotta try that one sometime... hehehe
