He doesn't actively support the Patriot Act, he just think Clinton getting a blowjob and lieing about it was much bigger deal than any of the P.A.'s violations of civil rights, he has no problem at all with a restrictive, violent government as long as he agrees with them, and he finds the pennies he's forced to sell out for welfare a far bigger crime than imprisoning American citizens without charges or access to a lawyer on secret evidence. Oh, and he thinks Janet Reno was a much more dangerous attorney general than Ashcroft.

These are the reasons I think Vinth doesn't know his ass from his elbow as far as Liberatarianism goes. It's just one of the many, many ways in which he's an idiot.
