Some of us while away our working hours here. I wouldnt be here if I wasnt at work.

I would say my self esteem has increased whilst being here- nothing makes you feel better about yourself more than reading either the bigoted frothing-at-the-mouth right wing shit or the endless amounts of blabbering crap posted here.
