I agree that they shouldn't advertise Hustler on Cartoon Network (bad hypo. situation, though). But Bill boards don't make kids smoke.. That is what I am saying. And just I said before and Kelly reinterated, it's the kids rolemodels (their parents) who get them started smoking.
