You said it's a clone. In that case it's probably not one of those onboard pieces of shit so you can replace it, or it could be something as simple as Blue said and you just have a screw loose. Or it could be that your motherboard is fucked. Either way, those beeps are telling you it's not your monitor and it's not your hard drive.
