A Fetish is a Fetish.
It's OK when you are with your significant other, or a random SEX partner.
Otherwise you are just the creep at the bustop.
So, don't ask her if you can rub her feet or give her a pedicure. Ask her out first, and when you go on your date, ask herif you can suck on her toes at dinner.
