Apparantly they don't yet realize the bumbling beaurocrats whom they believe harbour such calculated capabability for devestation are the self-same individuals who conspired to fight terrorism by way of equipping the general populace of the United States with color coded charts, rolls of duct tape, and illegally acquired pictures of a bearded, homeless guy getting a hair lice examination.
