Metal Slug 4 locked??

hey, i tried everything to play metal slug on Nebula.. but i says that it's locked.. i have the bios and the neogeo.zip file.. and ofcourse the rom!.. can anyone help me out?

you take the first to the left, and then the third to the right, and you just go on, and on, and on, untill you reach a sign that reads "dumbasses with even stupider questions, kill yourself here" nad ask the big black dude the answer to your problem, and then jump down the canyon with him. that should solve everyone's problem.
