I would actually ditch the "I" everywhere. Also, you should focus more on accomplishments in each of your positions as opposed to responsibilities. You can either add a section above experience titled something like "Key Accomplishments" and bullet out related projects and accomplishments, or you can work them into your individual job experience paragraphs.
