there's practically no reason why any country would attack another country at the moment. If by country I mean the "Super Powers". If anything, the next few "Wars" will either be political manuevering to capture lesser, third world countries, or just straight out capturing of them. Sort of like the Cold war, cept with more killing. Also, it's sorta like playing RISK.
