i diddnt see anyone complaining about the 'kill all cubans' mission, probobly because americans are supposed to officaily hate cubans.
i remember seeing a documentry about vice city a month ago. it featured the guy sueing rockstar on behalf of the haitians , he was so angry about it he decided to write a song about it (seriously), which was fucking hilarious. (i wish i taped it)
