KEY ACCOMPLISHMENTS
Project Management: Managed teams ranging in size from 4 to 155 people, with skills including development, graphic design, security, network operations, technical writing, quality assurance, marketing, customer support, configuration management, and sales. Successfully managed over 15 projects through the entire software development cycle.
Vendor Management: Identified, contracted with, integrated and implemented numerous third party products and services which complimented existing products.
Content Management: Managed content for over 360 local web portals represented by over 30 broadband ISP's. Content ranged from national and local news to community services, personal home pages, and customer support. Designed proprietary content delivery system, a comprehensive hybrid of in-house development and Vignette Story Server to serve content from over 30 national vendors, 20 regional providers, and over 500 disparate hyper-local sources.

Key accomplishments include conception and design of Med****** SM, an international patient tracking application which allows for physicians in both the U.S. and foreign countries to monitor patients throughout episodic care plans. Activities focused on business requirements documentation, development/implementation project plans, technical documentation, version control, quality assurance, and implementation of all company web applications. Ongoing responsibility for identifying, establishing, and maintaining relationships with numerous third party entities inclusive of content, content management, hosting, customer relationship management and e-community companies. Key accomplishments included the development of a proprietary content management system currently in production in all local city markets, and the implementation of web-based email for over 30 cable MSOs. Appointed by the Board of Directors to serve on the corporate Executive Technology Evaluation Committee (E-Tec). Other duties included database integration and ASP development. As Director of Electronic Media Marketing, a primary accomplishment was the conception, design, development, deployment and continual maintenance of **** Chronicle TM, an interactive, intranet subscriber based directory and related e-commerce web application. Other functions involved programming and development support for the company's Marketing initiatives; the independent design, programming and maintenance of complex Internet based application systems and programs critical to the operating environment; and the provision of technical support to internal staff and external users.
