personally, I like the name Dante, especially for a girl. It's literary. So if someone goes, "oh yeah, like the guy that wrote the Inferno" she can secretly know that that's who she's actually named after, but be stuck up and slap him and make a "Portrait of the artist as a young man" reference instead.
