Maybe it's as in 'I'm sure we don't support the formation of a 9/11 committee' or as in 'we're sure we've found the weapons of mass destruction.' maybe its the kind of sure as in 'we sure will create jobs during our adminsitration.' or 'we sure did inherit this recession'. Oh! I know! 'We sure did accomplish that mission'! or maybe 'The world sure is safer!' or 'I'm sure my administration has no connection to Swift Boat Vets for Truth' or 'their lawyer sure isn't my campaign lawyer anymore'. Maybe it's as in 'I sure will report for drills in Boston.'
