She wanted a relationship, and I told her that I wouldn't be able to to give her what she wants, because I don't believe in it. She didn't expect me to love her right off the bat, but I can't just go and lead her on by being in a relationship I know wouldn't go anywhere. She'd be much more upset if she invested a great deal of time and physical attention in me, than by me being honest with her now.
