That said, one of your customers seems to have been conducting a denial
of service attack of some description on a forum which I use. They
managed to bring down the forum for a few hours by connecting to it a
large number of times and most likely constantly querying the server.
Obviously it is very difficult to substantiate such a claim but we have
his primary IPs logged and would greatly appreciate it if you would
investigate his account and check for any abnormal activity.
Currently the only evidence of wrongdoing is a forum post he made
claming to have conducted the attack and the forum downtime but we would
very much like for this to be resolved before he decides he wants to
perform a similar or more serious attack.

I was planning to follow it up but could not be bothered. I might hassle them a bit more over the weekend.
But I dont like the register and general sentance construction of the current letter so i was thinking of sending a revised version. Or i if you keep posting like a cunt it might motivate me a give 'em a phone call... no really.. i have noting better to do with my weekends.
