Heh, yeah, it's funny you'd say that. While I was living in Madison,
WI, Clear Channel was currently going through a lawsuit with an AM
station that did liberal/progressive radio locally. This station is
the one with that guy Sly, the guy who made the racial comment about
Condi Rice and took heat....?
Anyway, apparently Clear Channel wanted the label of "Madison's
progressive talk radio," which this AM station already had. So they
went to court over it.
