Why don't you try a used bookstore, the ones around me always have the Leiber stuff in stock...not to mention that iBooks, Inc have put out the first four in three volumes: the first two in mass market paperback from (Swords Against Deviltry, Swords against Death) and the third and fourth in trade paperback (Swords in the Mist/etc). The fifth, sixth, and seventh are available nearly anywhere.
