He believes everything he says. Kanye West is an idiot. He also believes that AIDS and crack was created to try to kill off the Black Panthers, so by default he is saying that blacks are too stupid to understand that the white devil goverment knows they will screw and do drugs and it will be their downfall.
And to think Time Magazine just had him on the cover and said he was the smartest guy in pop music. I'd like to see the learning curve they graded on for that test.
